By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
1. Payment
All payments are done via the website.
2. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Full refunds are only available if I cannot complete the work.
If you cancel mid-project, you forfeit the deposit.
3. Revisions
Each commission includes up to 2 free revisions.
Additional revisions are subject to a $5–$15 fee depending on complexity.
4. Ownership & Usage
You are paying for the service, not ownership of my work rights.
Work is for personal/community use only unless agreed upon.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim my work as your own.
5. Deadlines
Deadlines must be agreed upon before payment.
I am not responsible for missed deadlines if you delay communication or fail to provide details.
6. Delivery
Work will be delivered via the website as a asset.
Files are provided in the proper format for FiveM (ready-to-use liveries, resources, etc.).
7. Public Use
I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, Discord, or social media.
8. Behavior
Harassment, rushing, or chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist from future services.
